Arcadis, a global design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets, embarked on creating a brand ambassador program by leveraging digital and social tools. The initiative aimed to empower employees to build their own personal brand while helping to strengthen the Arcadis brand in North America. This presentation will share how the program was built, and the impact of the results thus far.

Meet the Speaker

Sarah Rambeau is a Digital Content Strategist at Arcadis, focused on enhancing how the organization leverages its digital channels to effectively position the brand as leaders in the market, engage clients and people, and drive business growth. As the Brand Ambassador Program Manager, she also leads the initiative to empower employees to embrace digital tools to build and strengthen relationships.
