Meet the SpeakerS

Blaise TracyBlaise Tracy has served the business community for more than 25 years delivering results in the areas of employee and customer communications, increasing engagement and satisfaction levels, fostering culture, and providing service excellence.

Blaise has provided leadership and guidance for individuals, small organizations, and fortune 500 companies - including DirecTV, DaVita Healthcare and Children’s Hospital Colorado. His communications work has been publicly recognized with multiple awards, including Gold Quill and Silver Quill honors in print, digital and video.


Ann CrispinAnn Crespin has more than 16 years of service at Children’s Hospital Colorado, including three years of nursing leadership as clinical nurse manager in the Emergency Department.

Ann holds a master’s in strategic healthcare leadership and bachelor’s degrees in nursing and business administration. She has presented throughout the emergency and nursing communities and sits on a variety of councils on behalf of patients. She’s received more than a dozen awards and nominations because of her heart-led work in the community, with additional volunteer work at organizations such as the Hope House and Ronald McDonald House.
